📦 Returns & Refunds Policy
Our pieces are made-to-order and worn close to the body.
For hygiene reasons and to protect every customer, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
This is not about individual suspicion — it's about setting a shared public standard.
We believe every customer deserves a 100% untouched, truly new piece.
Returned wearable goods cannot be resold or reused, and would only create unnecessary inventory waste.
We encourage thoughtful purchasing decisions and thank you for supporting a mindful, low-waste model.
What is NOT eligible for return:
❌ Items that "don't suit you" or if you "changed your mind"
❌ Any item that has been worn, handled, or returned without prior approval
What IS eligible:
✅ Items that arrive damaged or incorrect — please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos or an unboxing video
✅ In rare cases, partial refunds or remakes may be offered
✅ We kindly recommend recording an unboxing video upon receiving your item
Please don't feel this is about distrust — we understand that customs vary between countries.
This small action helps us improve packaging and protect both you and us in the rare event of a shipping issue.
📌 Return & Refund Process:
• For damaged or incorrect items, we will cover return shipping costs
• Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method within 5-10 business days
• Digital downloads (Pattern Bank) are non-refundable once accessed
