If you receive an item with manufacturing defects:

• Loose posts, missing stones, faulty clasps, or welding issues

• Material defects

Damage during shipping FREE replacement or full refund (we cover return  shipping)

CHANGED YOUR MIND? (14 DAYS)

We accept returns within 14 days if:

• Item is unworn and undamaged

• Original packaging intact

• No signs of use Refund issued (minus original shipping fee) Customer pays return shipping REFUND PROCESS:

  • 1. Contact us for return authorization 2. Ship item back (customer pays shipping)  3. We inspect upon receipt (2-3 business days) 4. Refund processed within 3-5 business days 5. Refund to original payment method

If returned items show signs of use, we offer:

• Option 1: Return item to you (you pay shipping)

Option 2: Partial refund (70-80% for minor wear, 50-60% for obvious use)

• Option 3: Store credit (slightly higher than partial refund)

• Covers normal wear or accidental damage

• Does not cover severe intentional damage
